Vicki was born in Griffith and raised on her parents farm at Rankins Springs. She returned to the area in 1996 after spending 23 years in Canberra working in the private and public sector.

Vicki commenced working at Noyce Salmon & D’Aquino in 1997 as a Law Clerk and was admitted to the Supreme Court as a legal practitioner in February 1999. Vicki was made a partner of the firm in 2001.

Vicki has been on the board of Ningana Enterprises since 2004 and is currently a member of Can Assist.

Areas of work covered by Vicki include Residential and Rural Conveyancing including Intergenerational Farm Transfers, Water Transfers and Subdivisions, Sale and Purchase of Businesses, Contracts and Other Commercial Matters, Wills, Estates, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship.
