Nick was born in Young NSW where his family owned and operated an orchard. His father was also the local Surveyor. Nick commenced work at Olliffe & McRae in 1990.

Nick became a partner of Noyce, Salmon & D’Aquino in 2007 after working at Olliffe & McRae for over 16 years.

In his spare time Nick is the Company Secretary for Nuffield Australia, a Farming Scholarship Association, is a member of the School Council for St Patrick’s Primary School and Griffith Scouts. Nick also assists Marion Catholic College in their Mock Trials.

Areas of work covered by Nick include Commercial Law, Residential and Rural Conveyaning including Water, Sale and Purchase of Business, Estate Planning and Deceased Estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship, Liquor Licensing, Criminal Law and Leasing.
